Play Like a Champion courses are offered by CYO Staff throughout the school year at various locations..
All Coaches must have a valid and current PLC Card. This is for A, B and C level sports.

PLC New Coach
To receive a PLC card, Coaches must complete the following requirements:
- Register/Pay Online - $35 fee (Credit Card only. No Cash or Checks)
- Principal Verification Form (Must be mailed to CYO office. No copies. Wet signature required)
- Coaches Code of Conduct (Check box in registration form)
- Live Scan Fingerprint Locations/Schedule
- Attend PLC Class (Schedule below)
If paid and unable to attend scheduled class, coach can request attendance to another class via email.
End of Season/Late Class $75 fee (Credit Card only. No Cash or Checks)
PLC Online Renewal
Only coaches who have attended a PLC class are eligible for online renewal.
- Register/Pay Online - $35 fee (Credit Card only. No Cash or Checks) NO REFUNDS or NON TRANSFERABLE

YOUTH VOLUNTEER COACH
For Coaches under 18yo. Adult Coach supervision is required.
Policy for Volunteer Live Scans:
Please note that all potential Volunteers who require a Live Scan will now be Live Scanned ONLY through the Archdiocese of Los Angeles using the Archdiocese form. The form will be available at all ADLA Fingerprinting locations.
If the ADLA locations are full or there is not an available location nearby, the volunteer will need to click on the link below to request the ADLA form for third party fingerprinting.

DOJ fees are covered by the Archdiocese at all locations when Archdiocese form is used.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 15 MINS. LATE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY.

THE CLASS IS 2 HOURS LONG LATE ARRIVAL DELAYS THE CLASS. PLEASE BE ON TIME.
